About Zachary
As a Senior Paralegal, I support the Corporate team on a wide range of matters, including company acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations and general company law and corporate governance advice.
Having joined Moore Barlow as a Paralegal in 2022, I have built strong experience across a variety of sectors, assisting owner-managed businesses and larger corporate clients.
I am currently completing my route to qualification as a solicitor via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE), having gained my qualifying work experience within the corporate team, and hope to qualify during the course of 2025.
Outside of the office, I’m often running as a train to run my first marathon, or watching Formula 1.

- Corporate governance – Helping clients navigate directors’ duties, shareholder rights and board meetings.
- Company incorporations and reorganisations – Supporting clients with setting up new companies and implementing internal reorganisations.
- Mergers and acquisitions – Supporting on the M&A process, including throughout due diligence and completion.
Zachary’s case highlights
- Assisted in a joint venture between ultra-rapid charging company Fastned and Places for London, owned by Transport for London in December 2024.
- Supported on the sale of HireTech by Venture Precision Engineering Group to a US buyer in 2023.
