Apprenticeships

Our people are vital to our business. Without them, we can’t help make life better for our clients.

Want to become a solicitor apprentice?

Apprenticeships offer on-the-job training, working alongside legal professionals, rather than going to university to qualify.

What are the advantages of taking this route?

  • Earn a salary while you work.
  • On-the-job training with some of the best lawyers in the South East of England.
  • You don’t go to university, so you don’t incur any university fees.
  • You will be prepared for (and take) the SQE.
  • After 5 years you will qualify as a solicitor with an LLB in Legal Practice.

What qualifications/requirements needed to apply?

  • Five GCSE’s required at grade 4 (C) and above including Maths and English.
  • Three A Levels (or equivalent) required, at BBB and above.
  • We understand that you may feel that your academic qualifications do not represent your true potential.  You will have the opportunity to disclose this at the application stage.

What is the study time and salary?

  • During the apprenticeship you’ll work 4 days per week and have 1 day protected study time.
  • Over the course of the apprenticeship you’ll be studying for a degree in law and the Solicitors Qualifying Exam.
  • Salary to be confirmed.
