About David

I am a commercially minded corporate lawyer focussed on helping clients achieve their objectives.

With extensive experience in corporate acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings, I also specialise in MBOs and MBIs, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, and company law.

I am committed to delivering practical and tailored legal solutions, ensuring that my clients receive clear, jargon-free advice. My approach is client-focused, aiming to build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor.

I like to stay active and have participated in several European marathons. When winter comes around, you’ll often find me out on the slopes snowboarding. In my free time, I love playing music and going to gigs. I also enjoy walking in the countryside with my wife, two children, and our red fox Labrador.

Additionally, I serve as a trustee on the board of Oasis Charitable Trust and Oasis Community Partnerships, where I contribute to community initiatives.
