About Rosie
I am a solicitor in the commercial dispute resolution team. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate a range of legal disputes, offering clear, practical advice tailored to their needs.
I have experience in a wide range of disputes across different industry sectors including breach of contract, professional negligence, personal injury (defence) and debt recovery. I have dealt with litigation in the County Courts, High Court, and Court of Appeal.
My experience also extends to acting for clients who are the subject of Public Inquiries, and challenging decisions made by public bodies by way of Judicial Review.
I joined Moore Barlow as a Paralegal in December 2021 before starting my training contract in which I undertook seats in Commercial Dispute Resolution, Employment and Medical Negligence.
Prior to this, I obtain a First Class (Hons) in Law LLB from the University of Liverpool and achieved a Distinction in the LPC LLM at the University of Law in London, Moorgate.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, kayaking and baking for my friends and family.
